You will need:
•    1 bag of Penne Pasta and 1 bag of Orecchiette Pasta
•    2 Cups of shredded cheese
•    4 slices of pepperjack cheese
•    2 medium sized chicken breast (raw, defrosted)
•    1 green bell pepper
•    1 onion
•    1 tomato
•    4 garlic cloves
•    Various seasonings (sea salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder, crushed red pepper, oregano)
•    1 large glass pyrex pan
•    Tin foil
•    1 pot for pasta
•    2 skillets
Prep:
•    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
•    Dice up the bell pepper, onion and tomato well.
•    Crush up the 4 garlic cloves and add to the diced up veggies.
•    Take the two raw, defrosted chicken breasts and slice them into small bite sized pieces.
•    Tear the 2 of the 4 slices of pepperjack cheese into small pieces
Cook
•    Fill the pot for the pasta with salted water, bring to a boil and add both the penne and the Orecchiette pasta, cook for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
•    Begin heating both skillets on medium to high heat.
•    Spray cooking spray on one of the skillets (such as Pam), and add the chopped bell pepper, tomato, onion and garlic. Add seasonings as listed above. Stir and cook for about 7 minutes.
•    While you are cooking the veggies, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the other skillet, and add the sliced up raw, defrosted chicken breasts. (Be careful! The oil pops and boils and can burn you like bacon grease!) Add seasonings as listed above, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
•    Now, the pasta, veggies and chicken should all be cooked.
•    Put the pasta, veggies and chicken in a big bowl along with 2 cups of shredded cheese and the 2 slices of pepperjack cheese that has been torn into small pieces. Mix/stir together with a large spoon.
•    Pour the mixed concoction into the large, glass pyrex pan. Top off with the two slices of pepperjack cheese.
•    Cover the pasta with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
•    Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top layer of cheese is completely melted.
•    Remove from the oven, and serve with garlic bread for a yummy, carb filled comfort food dinner!
